I played baseball in high school, but my favorite part of it was winter conditioning. When college started thats when I started lifting regularly.

It is the best way to get away from everything happening in life and I could not stand not being in shape!

I've pulled the muscle that is between the back and neck. I took about a week or two for full recovery

These are the kinds of lessons in life most of us choose to learn the hard way. "Push through the pain." That's what we tell ourselves. Well recently I tried pushing through some pain, and it pushed back harder!

So it seems for the last month and half I havn't been myself....


Current Supplements:
Optimum 100% Whey Protein, 5 Lbs., Double Rich Chocolate
Started: Jan 04, 2008
Reason: For extra protein in the morning and to aid recovery immediately after workout.
CytoSport Muscle Milk, 2.47 Lbs, Chocolate
Started: Jan 07, 2008
Reason: Hopefully help my muscles recover overnight for the next days lift.
