Looking wonderful. Keep up the good work. If you can resist the urge and not self-sabotage during the dissertation then the urge to not engage in emotional-eating should be easy. Just keep healthy alternatives (i.e., fruit, etc.) around and try crunching ice, it will satisfy the urge to chew and the by product, good ole H2O

Things are great, I am getting stronger without getting much bigger so I am hopeful that the size gains will follow the strength gains. How are you?

Training is going well, I am seeing much more development although I am not gaining any weight which is funny, kind of like the best of both worlds. How are things going with you?

My diet is horrible, i eat ice cream, cookies, brownies and not enough protein but I still don't gain unless I stop lifting for a couple of months. I plan to make changes though

I am getting bigger and more defined but I haven't been on the scale. I am now concentrating on lifting heavier than normal by joining a gym and using machines as opposed to the home gym of free eights that I have been using up to this point. How's your progress?

When you have some time, will you shoot me a pm with your diet (i.e., main sources of protein, frequency of meals on workout days). BTW, don't sell yourself short, you look amazing, you are much more defined than I am and the glutes rock!!!!!!!

I am doing well. I normally work out at home with free weights but I am joining a gym to use machines and have access to much heavier weight and to vary my routines. You look great!!!!! How arr things?
