Working out and running. trying to get more defined without bulking or losing too much mass

Working out but not seeing anything different, which is not bad but it;s not good either

Feeling a lot better and stronger since I started the Anabolic Muscle. I am back on my 4 day split, lfting heavier and not bulking (so far).

I have been feeling sore lately. I am down to lifting two days per week because I am too sore to maintain the four day split
