How I Started:
I have always enjoyed working out, so i finally decided to get serious.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing the results i want, and seeing peoples reactions to how much i have changed.
I also love how i feel after a good workout. I feel tons better, i look tons better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I pick a goal time, weight for me, and what weight i want to be lifting, and shoot for it. If i come up alittle short i don't get bugged, i just tell myself i need to work harder.
BB Accomplishments:
Weighing over 155 pounds for the first time in my life. Benching 150% of my bodyweight.

Then i want to cut down to compete at 145 class.
Maybe later on go up more to compete in higher weight classes.
I want 2 straight years of good training, and eating habits. Then i will be able to see where i stand and how much further i think i need to go.
