6 weeks back. Diet's ok. No cardio.
Size is coming back, as well as strenth. Started cardio this week. Plans to start cutting the carbs.

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Whatever your goals are, you must be patient. Sucess doesn't come overnite. Hard work is much more rewarding.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
No,and what ever floats their boat.
Do you socialize while at the gym?

I was wondering how often do some rely more so on supplements than clean nutritious food. I ask because over the years people always ask, "What are you taking." I often reply, Multivitamins or if supplements are take, I state them, which is never that often. I could never understand...

NPC/IFBB Open Figure at the National Level is tough. Always 150 or more drop dead gorgeous fit women to choose from. My journey has been my reward and I win before I even step on stage. Thank you for your kind words. I have more contests on deck and that was the first out of my off season. :) I am on!
