I want to lose at least five pounds before summer. I want to feel confidence in a bikini again. Before joining the Guard, I was 112, and I want that back. I'm 125 right now. My other goal is to stick to an eating plan and work out six days a week.
I placed 3rd at the NPC Florida State in Orlando this weekend. I am now Power Lifting for my offseason and on a "bulking phase" continuing to compete this fall in IKF KICKBOXING and MMA.
