Overall Goal: I would like to get back 250lbs and where I can take my shirt off in confidence and also buy smaller clothes and save money because of it.
Fit Status:
I feel motivated and ready to take on any challenges that come my way. I am C.H.A.R.I.S.M.A
I am tired of being out of shape. I want to have more energy, be more attractive, and also just have a healthier body.
Why I Love It:
I like working out because it allows me to clear my mind and also allows me to envision that the workout I'm doing now is making me better. I also like the fact that I can feel it my workouts after I'm done doing them which lets me know that I am actually doing some work.
How I Stay Motivated:
My sister sending me to Miami next year helps. Also another motivating factor is that the weight I lose reduces the chances of me developing diabetes which runs rampant in my family.

Goal (Long):
I would like to be at 250lbs by November of next year (2009). I want be able to play sports again with a lot of energy and motivation. I have been wanting to get in shape for the longest, ask my friends. I believe now is the time to truly pursue this goal. I am taking some weight lifting courses next semester and hope to be able to iprove the overall look of my body and become toned or at least more defined. I am truly motivated to do work and get this job done. My goals are to bring my bodyfat down to about 20% or lower, run a mile in under 10 minutes (running non-stop0, and just to feel better overall.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 90 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
20%
