How I Started:
At home with a small wt set and I just got hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love it because even though I have always had a LAZY approach to wt lifting, my genetics really allow me to train as I want. I haven't worked out in almost a year and I am now starting to feel small. I love shrinkring and growing again, it's my challenge
How I Stay Motivated:
I don't train as often as I should so I would say my motivation is actually lower than others but I am now willing to change that. Overall motivation comes from my ability to retain the work i've done inthe gym.

Never was really into the bbd scene too much so I don't have any accomplishments to speak of.

Goal (Long):
I broke my hand and foot both within the last year and I have not trained for the past 9 months and it is aggravating. Now that I am in full health. I want to gain 20 pounds from 220 to 240 my heaviest was 236, so that will be a challenge. I think because of the long break though I might be able to achieve this rather shortly. I intend to break my bench lift of 435 to a whopping 500, within the next year and increase my squat from 545.
On monday i am just going to do a basic squat, then it's over to the bent over rowes and a bench press, all light weight I haven't lifted in awhile and I want to just feel some of the lifts again before I start going hard and crazy. Then on tues I will do the deadlift, milt press and...
