beekpr1 Lime juice. Have that at home. You talking Realime, in the little plastic squeezzies, or real lime? If using whey protein, does it not sour? If I forget my shaker in my gym bag for a day and open it to wash, it will smell like sour milk. Today we are going for coconut cream. :-) W Oct 5, 2011 6:11am

beekpr1 Have never had the steel cut. I just eat old fashioned rolled oats raw with some skim milk, cinnamon and splenda. These Cavena Nuda's look just like what we used to pull out of the combine at harvest. Wonder if they even taste like oats. Nice to know they are a MB product. Sep 26, 2011 12:44pm
