How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
depends on exercise, shoulders i want size so 8/7/6 or 4 if really heavy push press. Triceps i want some speed so i do powerful sets of 10.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Not necessary unless doing failure rep when it can help, the rest of the set should focus on the muscles working not your throat
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
70-90 seconds. Any longer and i feel i'm not working hard enough.
