What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
Not necessary unless doing failure rep when it can help, the rest of the set should focus on the muscles working not your throat
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
depends on exercise, shoulders i want size so 8/7/6 or 4 if really heavy jerks. Triceps i want some speed so i do powerful sets of 10.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
70-90 seconds. Any longer and i feel i'm not working hard enough.

Awesome photos, man. Your traps and back are awesome. Great job putting on lean mass! Also, I noticed that you fence. I went to college on a fencing scholarship but quit shortly after gaining admittance. Anyway, good luck with your training!
