Workout Program:
i do a 1 day on 5 to 7 days off. i know that it sound crazy but thats what i do. it all heavy duty. i love the hit program because it gives me time to heal and im in and out the gym in 30 minute or less.

the program look like this:
workout:A
squats 1x10 (failure)
heavy dips 1x10 (failure)

workout:B
deadlifts 1x10 (failure)
under grip pull downs 1x10 (failure).
