squats, stiff leg dead-lifts, leg extensions, prone leg curls, hack squats. four set of each. reps ranges from 12-6. squats i usually stay at 12 reps and move up weight
IN MY TIME BUILDING MY BODY TO WHAT IT HAS BECOME I HAVE RAN INTO MANY TRAILS AND ERRORS. BUT I ALWAYS KEPT MY STRENGTH GAIN. I THINK IS BECAUSE OF PROTEIN SUPPLEMENTS. IT HELP BEFORE, AFTER, AND WHILE RESTING. I HAVE BEEN HURT AND OUT OF COMMISSION . USUALLY I COME BACK EVEN STRONGER...
i do a 1 day on 5 to 7 days off. i know that it sound crazy but thats what i do. it all heavy duty. i love the hit program because it gives me time to heal and im in and out the gym in 30 minute or less.

Hey, I read that you are lactose intolerant, so am I. I really great whey that has no lactose nor carbs is Isopure whey isolate. Soy protein doesn't even compare to whey isolate. Also, soy usually has a fair amount of carbs in it. Isopure whey isolate is the bomb!!!
