Hi man, Actually I'll try to add pure muscle without fat, it will be hard but I'll take whey protein, creatine and train 4 times a week with an intensive mass targeted workout. So help me god :)

Well it did work good for me. But its best when stacked with the creature and the test. I wanted to try the animal products instead.

Man what does predator not dew for you. For one. It gives you energy to wanna pick up every weight in the gym. Predator is the 9th rep when you cant go on after 6. It gives you an excellent pump. Outstanding strength and crazy energy man. It also helps with soreness after a work out. You really have to try the stuff to see what i'm talking about. I'm off it right now. but i'll be back on eventually.

Man i hope so. i only have a half a bottle. I'm starting on the Animal Pump after that. I got a lil stack i'm going to cycle a couple of times. got my fingers crossed. I'm gonna kill it in the gym and on my diet. Any results is good at this point. Size, strength, look. dosent really matter just gott see something you know.

Back once a week, 2 exercises for lats, 2 for middle back & 1 for lower back. The exercises vary week to week. I do various forms of shrugs for back. -Ken

Well, whenever you do heavy squats, your waist tends to thicken. this happens because your gut has to adjust to support the load on your shoulders.
