i still hit it regularly, but for only 30-45 min., 5 days a week. Diet is moderately clean, but nothing like it used to be. I have good definition everywhere and can still rep 225 for 30 reps. I just don't have any particular physical goals for myself at this time. It's just maintenance for me and the enduring love that I have for working out.

I am better than I deserve, thanks for asking. I see that you are steady at it. Strong Avatar photo!
We took a wonderful 1 week trip and this was the only bodybuilding related photo from the trip that I could add to my page. Better than leaving the old several month old stale photo up :)

Hey big guy! Thanks for checking on me. My wife and I just got back from vacationing and all is well here. We visited Miami for a few days and then took a 5-day cruise. This was the most fun I've had on a trip in many years.
How are things with you?

I have set some new goals, but they are not bodybuilding goals. These have really been my focus over the past several months.

I am not planning to be in the 220 pound range any time soon. Just maintaining 195-200 status. Maybe one day I will return to 220, but since I have done it, I feel like the goal has been achieved and can now move on.

Things are routine here but certainly moving in the right direction. How about yourself?

Yeah, I am still lurking the gym facilities. Believe it or not, I have been much more consistent lately. It has been more of a task for me to take a day off than it has been to get me in the gym. The flip side to is that I have been killing the remains of my son's first birthday cake.

I did enjoy my 4th, thanks for asking. We spent it at a friends' place and while I was there I ran into an old friend I used to train with. Though we both lost weight, we were both more cut as a result... long story short we ended up talking about training and motivating each other to get back into training at a higher level of intensity.

I got this message from you while I was at a red light and I laughed out loud in the car! Is that you in the avi? If so, then damn son! I am still getting it in.. I hit the flat bench 2 days ago with a buddy of mine at a gym I am not a member of and cranked out 225lbs for 28 reps (and that was warming up!) It was new record for me.

Diverted is truly an accurate assessment. I am motivated, just not motivated to achieve a single goal, I am motivated to achieve multiple goals. Thanks Doc

Considering how doo-doo my diet has been over the past several months, I think the that recent pics I uploaded aren't too awful.
I hope to return from my vacation fully motivated FIRED up and can get it going again like old times

If I do ever go up in weight, it will be a VERY slow process because I would not be willing to put on any unnecessary fat to get there.

Not likely. I feel good where I am, not to mention I have maintained strength. I am told that I look "mad swole" by many people, but I don't feel "mad swole".. I didn't even feel mad swole when I was 220. I guess I never will feel that way no matter what my weight is or how many people tell me so. I like my definition and above averge physique at the moment (NO EGO).

It seems like once I reached my 220 goal, I lost mucho motivation. Perhaps that long journey took a lot more out of me than I realized, who knows... We are going to Cancun (NO H1N1 :D) next week, so hopefully I will have a few pics snapped (worthy of posting) and give everyone an update.
