How I Started:
My brother and his friend used to workout together. I went along one day and enjoyed myself. I was not consistent at the time. Also, my girlfriend needed to loose weight, so I bought us both memberships, and went with her daily. Great way to keep her motivated and spend time together.
Why I Love It:
I have always admired the bodies of the muscular and ripped. Not the Ronnie Colemans (a bit too extreme for me). Plus I love the feeling of power, complements recieved, people staring at me, cool people I have met, and the respect.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am very confident now. Before I began working out my confidence level was much lower. Getting to physical condition I am in wasn't easy, I am not quitting now. Plus I'd hate to see the old me. I get a lot of love from people in the gym that I would have only met had I been lifting. My fiance loves showing off my pics.
BB Accomplishments:
Reaching 200lbs+ body weight.
Benching 315lbs for 4 reps (never thought I would be able to lift 260lbs)
Assisted fiance to loose 70+ lbs.

This was taken when I was first starting out, 1 month into it. About 170 lbs.
So I am comming out of Kroger (grocery store) and I run into a guy that I see in the gym at least several times during the week. He looks the same all the time. I doubt he only goes to the gym for maintenance only, since every so often he’ll ask for advice about this and that…

I do this workout regimine because I can hit all necessary body parts often enough while allowing me to go to school during the week and not have to worry about having time for the gym.

It's good to hear things r fine and the baby will b here soon keep ya head up bro, and I've heard that before lol! "don't let me catch u" so I know the pressure is on that's why I train the way I do to stay a few steps ahead of the competition. I'll ttyl man and have a wonderful day!

When's the baby due? I know I'm going to have to get it in one weekend (or one friday since I work near there) before she/he arrives. Thats going to be a balancing exercise in itself.
Life is alright. Instead of working out downtown now, its over here in ole beautiful cobb county (sarcasm abound) or well, close to the job in John's Creek. Man, mall of georgia though. Thats a nice location. I'm gonna have to make it over there one of these weekends.
We'll arrange it sooner or later.
