What are you doing for your chest exercises? I try and hit mine from as many angles as possible so I do Flat benches, incline and decline benches, and flys either on bench or machine. Also, are you doing the same routine month after month? If so, you may have plateaued and need to mix it up a little.

Ab workout; Hanging leg raises 3 sets of 15-25, Cable crunches 3 sets of 25, cruches 3 sets of 25 super set with jack knifes or frog kicks. do this every other workout and watch your diet you should develop abs nicely.
