When I Started:
Nov, 2008
How I Started:
While stationed in Iraq, I learned how to work out and gained about 30lbs of positive weight. Came home and stop working out and running, was re-introduced to fast food and let it all go to hell. Now trying to get back on the saddle after 3 years.
Why I Love It:
I can never be a body builder; I like food too much and have psoriasis. I enjoy working out because it takes away from the stress of psoriasis and military life. I also like setting an example to my younger soldiers that you should take care of yourself.

Fore people who work out EARLY in the morning like I do, here are few things I do to keep myself motivated and on track.
- I always prepare my gym bag the night before.
- I set my gym clothes out so I can easily grab them in the morning
- After the end of each workout, I write down...
Thanks, 2 Years in Korea had things working out well for me...then just like you, back to the land of the free and home of the big mac...did nothing but add some unwanted weight. Advice is always welcome.
I am really motivated. Made a grocery run to stock up on lean proteins, leafy greens and such. Did dance drills for cardio for my first day back to exercising. Thanks for checking in!
How are you progressing.
