My husband is in the military, so I automatically started working out with him. Couldn't let him go to the gym with other good looking women now could I haha!! That and my metabolism is getting slow. I want to keep up being healthy and looking good!!
Why I Love It:
It gives me great energy and makes me feel and look good!!
How I Stay Motivated:
Once I got into working out (about a week or two) it was really easy to just go, kind of fell into a routine. Once I stopped though it got bad so I'm looking forward to hitting the gym again.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to slim down, tone up and build a little muscle!!

I wish you much success in your quest to get fit. Combine weight lifting, some form of cardio and a good nutrition plan and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Both my wife and I used the Body for Life program and had great results in just 12 weeks, you might want to give it a look-see. Stay strong and believe in yourself and what you can accomplish.
