The mood enhancement, the motivation, the changes in myself I can see and feel. Just the feeling I get when working out and afterwards. Beta-endorphins you know. I'll get my IFBB procard in about 10 years lol.
But in reality, working out is the greatest stress reliever in the world. You tend to forget about all of the bs when you're under a couple of hundred pounds of weight.

How I Stay Motivated:
All of my ppl on bodyspace. When I see the pics and msgs of my friends on here sticking with the program, I'm compelled to stick with it too.
I am my own motivation. 24/7. Other than that here are some things that motivate me:
1)Muscle and Fitness Magazine
2)Music
3)Increased Strength and Endurance
4)Great Stamina
5)People who stare
6)Hypertrophy, Improved Cardiovascular development(The Pipes)
7)The Mirror.
Things to Remember:
There's no round on stage that's the bench press round. Proper form and technique will take you alot further than fumbling with weight you can't control.

This is at the start of a 12wk program I've designed for the summer. No creatine (Cellmass), just Protein (Syntha-6) and Caffeine (Atrophex). Clean eating for the most part lol.
Weights 5x a week followed by 30 mins or High Intensity Interval Training Cardio.
197lbs, 15% bodyfat. I've been switching up the cardio from 20-50 mins, from steady to interval training. I usually average 3 miles under 30 and 5miles when over 30 minutes.
Its a lifestyle, and I live it, each day I strive to get more committed.
Goal (Long):
My main goal is proportion. Look at me right now, I have really big triceps, and big delts/traps and a big upper back, and big legs. I want get everything up to par with those bodyparts and have everything stand out together, aesthetically pleasing and symmetrical. I want to acquire and maintain a 12-15% bodyfat range by December 2009. Merry Christmas. A 6 minute mile run-time.
No steroids, no surgeries. Just proper nutrition and supplementation, lift weights and cardio. And in the end I want to be 85 and still pulling the 70 year old ladies lol.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
12%
