I played rugby in junior college and for pre-season we started doing regular gym sessions. i didnt really like it as it didnt show much results nor could it overshadow my tremendous weight loss accomplishment just a few months ago. so it was only much later when i was in the army that i decided to buckle down to seriously get myself in top shape.
Why I Love It:
I wanna look hot, be healthy and check myself out in the mirror without sighing.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see people who already look good on account of hard work and staying lean and I keep telling myself i'm going to be better than them,
BB Accomplishments:
lost 24 kilos of weight in the army, put back twice that during army and later lost about 24 again when i left. now i want to lose another 35 to get down to my ideal. 95!
I want to lose 35kgs of fat, and be a lean mean 95kg hunk-a-doodle. I've been fat ever since i've been a child and i need to put a stop to this. By losing weight i want to achieve two things out of it.
1) To inspire others with a weight problem to do something about it
2) To let overweight ppl know that i understand the trials and troubles they go through and that it certainly is not easy being overweight.

I want to LOSE 35 kg
