There's not set rep scheme that I do. It changes from day to day to keep my body always guessing.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Depends on the workout. There are some workouts that I get no rest, and others where I rest for a few minutes (mostly on 1 rep max days)
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
There's noone out there that I say "I want to look like that". I train to achieve the best body my genetics will allow.
