I was very underweight in highschool and freshman year of college. After going through a biology class, I decided that I needed more calories. The only reason I could think of to eat more was to make it turn into muscle. So the lifting began.
Why I Love It:
I love resistance training because it literally gave me life back. I couldn't do anything before I started lifting. Now I have confidence, I have a job, I build my life around lifting. Nothing satifies me more than to put in incredible amounts of effort and by able to visually see the results right before my eyes. The ladies like it too!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by constantly evaluating new methods and program designs. I am a personal trainer, so my body is my billboard. I have to keep the image that everyone wants to have for themselves. Not a day goes by that I do not DESIRE to be more than I was the day before. No limits!

I am phasing through a 5 day split trying to maximize muscle exhaustion. I am in my second phase (5 week). This program uses a 4-2-4 tempo for a high time under tension ratio. I am just shooting for 3 sets of 8 reps, reaching failure at the 8th rep. I am allowing for 120 secs rest...
the problem is that I broke my schaphoid right through the middle. There is virtually no blood supply to that part of the bone which is why it is so difficult to heal. As far as I am aware there are no supps that would help with this. I cannot exercise my wrist yet because I cant put any preassure on it, but I can do pushups on my knuckles now. It has been almost 7 months and I am hoping to be healed within the next 5 weeks but it could be a lot longer
well I dont have both arms back yet. The cast is of but my wrist is still broken. I had surgery to pin the bone together. Hopefully I only have about 5 more weeks but the bone I broke heals very very slowley

Yeah, I've got quite a few relatives in McKinney. Depending on what type of job I can get set up for next year when I get discharged, I should be somewhere in that area.
