How I Started:
I have always researched and known about bodybuilding. It all started with looking at people. I have been skinny all my life and have watched as I grow in height but my peers grow in size. I got fascinated with the tricep muscle and wanted to develop it -leading me to BB. As time went I got lazy so stopped...but martial arts got me right back into it... as well as bein skinny. Now, I am stronger and more determined to get muscle and gain strength!!!
Why I Love It:
It helps me with martial arts and tricking as well as make me feel good about myself. It portrays the perfect example of working hard things you want and gaining knowledge, some things very important in martial arts. It also helps me in relation to the ways that the lord has taught me, teaching discipline, and dedication.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am motivated by the love of Jesus Christ who drives me in every way.I like to deal with bullies as well as protect the people I love. No one deserves to be beat up because of discrimination. Other than that, look at transformations and seeing the growth of myself.

I plan on gaining -no, I WILL GAIN about 15 lbs of pure hard muscle by the end of 2008. I WILL HAVE wider lats, a big chest, ripped arms and ripped abs. I WILL also to maintain my weight as well as keep my body weight at 150-60 hopefully.

well, other than not having enough food in my crib, i have had a hard time committing and staying with my workout...i need words of encouragement cuz i feel like quitting...please anyone help me!!!
