How I Started:
I guess it started with wrestling in high school. There is no team to help you out! It's just you and the other guy. With all the training we had to do, I just kept it going.
Why I Love It:
When I workout, it's my time! I challenge myself everyday. You sit there staring at the weight, and your mind is like, "I can't lift that". But it doesnt' stop you from reaching for the weights and giving it everything you got. The rewards from your hard work shows, and you're the only one that can take credit for it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is all around us. There is always someone bigger, stronger and in better shape then you are. The question is, are you pushing yourself to the limit? How far are you willing to go to reach your goal. This is a man's world and in order to live in it, you got to play in it!
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment is when I got my bench press up to 315lbs. That's some heavy ****. I took some time off, so now I am trying to hit it again. I have a small frame, so it's hard to pack on size, however I am all heart.

Here is a snapshot of what my workout program looks like! Although I don't have a set routine from week to week, these exercises are the core of my workout programs. If you try it out, be sure to let me know how it works for you!
Monday (Back/Abs)

Reason: I like this stuff! Easy to take, and I did increase my lifts. I'm on my second cycle.

Reason: Decent protein! Easy to mix and it taste pretty good. The price is not to bad too!

4x10 One-Arm Cable Row
4x10 Lat Pulldown
3x10 Snatch Pull
4x10 Seated Cable row/ followed by 5 min on the row machine
Then I do 30 min of abs using various exercises.

Warm up (5 min of Jump Rope)

Training has been going very well. However, I really need to get a better plan. Right now, I am going by feel which is OK considering my experience but I like to have something to shoot for like a meet date or something. All my parts seem to be getting bigger or leaner so that's good. I'm planning on going to Vegas in March (wife wants San Diego but we'll see). I'll keep u informed so maybe we can train. Later
