I guess it started with wrestling in high school. There is no team to help you out! It's just you and the other guy. With all the training we had to do, I just kept it going.
Why I Love It:
When I workout, it's my time! I challenge myself everyday. You sit there staring at the weight, and your mind is like, "I can't lift that". But it doesnt' stop you from reaching for the weights and giving it everything you got. The rewards from your hard work shows, and you're the only one that can take credit for it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is all around us. There is always someone bigger, stronger and in better shape then you are. The question is, are you pushing yourself to the limit? How far are you willing to go to reach your goal. This is a man's world and in order to live in it, you got to play in it!
BB Accomplishments:
My major accomplishment is when I got my bench press up to 315lbs. That's some heavy ****. I took some time off, so now I am trying to hit it again. I have a small frame, so it's hard to pack on size, however I am all heart.

Warm up (50 dips/50 Front Hanging Knee Raises)
4x10 One-Arm Cable Row
4x10 Lat Pulldown
3x10 Snatch Pull
4x10 Seated Cable row/ followed by 5 min on the row machine
Then I do 30 min of abs using various exercises.
Tuesday (Chest)
Warm up (5 min of Jump Rope)
4x15 Cable...

yah thanx!! I been sick 3 times since Oct 20th.....and i been hittin the gym ever since till i got slapped with this Flu...this thin totally messed up my new plan and diet....=(....i miss the gym so much, matter fact i probably got sick from some jackass at the gym....ive lost too much weight
hey man! progress is really slow, i got sick for a few weeks. lost some mass and got a bit flabby. but i started working my butt off in the gym again last week! youre looking extremely cut! how do you manage to keep growing while losing the fat?? nice work, take care!
