Believe it or not......I use to lift while I played sports in high school. And just recently started back due to me feeling tired.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
My youngest(11) son is now my motivating factor. He is slightly overweight and is wanting to trim down, so he ask me to walk and do aerobics with him. I hate doing aerobics but I'm willing just for him.
I want to lose the fat tube around my stomach area. I would also like to build endurance levels. I want as little fat as possible while maintaining around 190 to 195 pounds.
I have been eating 6 small portion meals for about two weeks now. But I'm having a very hard time maintianing this over the weekend. Is like I'm gaining anything but fat weight. Is there a supplement that anyone can recommend to help me over the hump.
I take supps but currently I'm taking Vitamin E, C, Multi, Calcium and also Iron (since I'm lack of it) and also, I am trying Lipo6 supposed to loose fat and it's working really well for me, and as well as others that I have asked. So, any more questions? =)
Yeah, it's good to write your workout first or have a log book as people suggested to me, it always works. I like reading the articles on this site because it gives me lots of ideas on the proper way of working out vs. just going to the gym and pretend that I'm working out. You know?
Thank you for the respond. I think you're doing a good job on reading lots of articles on this site, I think it'll be helpful for you to start reading first, planning what you really want before going to the gym.
Well that's nice to know that you had a good weekend. I was gonna' go hiking but it didn't fit on my schedule so maybe next weekend. I had a very productive weekend, get to do all my errands and most of all spent time with my Family. Yeah, I feel you on cookies and ice cream...I love ice cream and dark chocolates..hee hee...but do you take any supps at all?
Eat as much clean food as possible, but break it up into six or seven small meals a day and eat every three hours. Lift heavy and strech and squeeze it at the top of your movement. No more cheat meals. They might taste good for a second, but them you feel like crap after.
