Relaxed pose after cardio.. First week of cuts and program with more reps, less rest between sets and it feels like it is working.. this is baseline that i'm using to measure against.. looking to tighen core and drop bf.. 204 in this pic

- clean eating
- bumps up cals by 500 as i felt like loosing muscle
- feel lower abs are tighter
- upper abs are starting to show ever so slightly
- obligues.. yeah i need to find those suckers
- I"M GETTING MY MONEY!!!!!!

- strength continues to grow in this area
- pumps are great, but i'm sort of flat here
- focused on reps of 8,6,6,4 seeing some progress

- front, hard to tell but i've been working on my core and upper body cuts
- chest has responded well to reps of 8,6,6,4 with 2-3 min rest
- no super setting has started to help in size
- switching up to some heavier weights will track progress
- do you see any diff???

- not flexing but some detail is showing
- been busting my ass on core and squating every third workout
- deadlifts are helping the back
- still working on my obliques and want a strong core
- continue to tweak diet to see if i can grow and stay lean that is my weak point now.. help!!!

This is me 10 weeeks into a mass bulk where I've upped my overall diet to 2700 cals of 40/40/20.. BF has gone up about 3 points but the muscle is adding up to... I'm going to continue this until March 1.
What do you think?

End of my bulk cycle. I'm 206 here. Feel Like I picked up some mass that will hold in a cut in my upper chest, delts, lower pecs and arms.. also back but hard to tell in this pck. and yeah i picked up a little more grey in the hair to.. darnit

Start of cut.. want a closeup of region (torso) that I'm looking to see progress in this cut cycle.. Goals of bringing out the abs and trying to hold my chest and back gains if possible.

This is back after a winter of focus on pullups, dead lifts and bent over rows.. I've put on some size and width. now need to drop the body fat down about 7% to see what i've made... 204 in pic.
