what's up Dave? life on this end is good. kids are keeping me busy but i'm still hitting the weights and sticking to 2x times in the pool a week. have leaned out nicely from the pool. upper body is ripped. time to put on some size this winter.. what's up with you and xercise girl?

hey there friend.. been a while. you are looking good. i've been out for a little while tending to some injuries.. got back on it about 8 weeks ago and with summer time the 4 kids are keeping me on my toes.. but then again you know all about that.. Good luck on your goals..you look great. black_socks

Hey Dave, yeah man I'm at it still, been working out making good progress. Doing the swiming 2x a week and hitting the iron 3 times. I gotta get some pics up here... Summer is tough with the four kids they keep me on my toes. Best to you and xercise girl

Dave, long time no chat.. been doing the swimming thing for 6 weeks.. i finally got the hang of it.. great cardio .. been mixing it up with some kayaking as well.. love the water. weight is back up and i'm ready to hit some iron now. 30 pullups in a row tonight man! how you doing?
