I started with 1 bar, 16 5 lbs chips, and no ideal how to workout. It was a cluster... but i quickly learned to ask, and learn i have.
Why I Love It:
It saved my life, I'm 100% convinced of that.
How I Stay Motivated:
Having my 4 kids tell me I look great..
AND knowing I get a years supply of socks from my sponsor each and every year!.. because I'm HOT.. (lol)
BB Accomplishments:

sitting in my easy chair after what i would consider one of my best back workouts of the past 3 months. I was fortunate to get 10 hours of sleep the past few days (even more so when you consider i have 4 kids and a full time job..).. I hit a new PR with my bent over rows and really feel my form...
Coming from you that means a lot! Yikes, I thought my goal of 10wide gripped pull-ups was big...20? wow...that will be a while for me. Keep me posted on your progress on those.

Thx Joe, you're absolutely right. I like posting pics of my favorite people (wife & kiddies) to remind myself that my BB goals aren't the most important thing going on.
