I started with 1 bar, 16 5 lbs chips, and no ideal how to workout. It was a cluster... but i quickly learned to ask, and learn i have.
Why I Love It:
It saved my life, I'm 100% convinced of that.

Relaxed pose after cardio.. First week of cuts and program with more reps, less rest between sets and it feels like it is working.. this is baseline that i'm using to measure against.. looking to tighen core and drop bf.. 204 in this pic
kevin is the real deal, i've been watching his progress and dedication for about a year now and he puts 100 percent of himself into what he gets. I also admire Kevin because he has his son involved in working out.. Kevin INSPIRES me... Keep it up brother!

That's good to hear, Joe. We are getting ready to make our last military move before retirement. We close on our house next week and we couldn't be more excited. 20+ years is a long time.

Hi socks! Thanks for checking in! Thanks-I'm finally feeling almost back to normal, started running and that's helping melt away some of the fat! So glad your ribs are healing, I'm sure you'll be hitting it hard now! I'll be checking in on how your doing now that your back!
been so busy with high school lol. i have stoped gaining once i hit 105lbs (im gonna wrestle 103) i notice a hell of alot more muscle mass now that i have alot more test flowin through me lol and im gonna add 30lbs of pure mass next off season starting in march. GL man :)
