When I Started: Nov, 2007
How I Started: I started with 1 bar, 16 5 lbs chips, and no ideal how to workout. It was a cluster... but i quickly learned to ask, and learn i have.
Why I Love It: It saved my life, I'm 100% convinced of that.
How I Stay Motivated: Having my 4 kids tell me I look great..

AND knowing I get a years supply of socks from my sponsor each and every year!.. because I'm HOT.. (lol)

240 lbs - No activity to speak of - Crappy diet - 2 Packs a Day - 6-10 Beers on AVG - Felt like sheeet  190 lbs - First score for the back shot of shoulders and delts - strength continues to grow in this area - pumps are great, but i'm sort of flat here - focused on reps of 8,6,6,4 seeing some progress

sitting in my easy chair after what i would consider one of my best back workouts of the past 3 months. I was fortunate to get 10 hours of sleep the past few days (even more so when you consider i have 4 kids and a full time job..).. I hit a new PR with my bent over rows and really feel my form...


Current Supplements:
SciVation Xtend, 30 Servings, Watermelon (345g)
Started: May 03, 2008
Reason: taste good, and helps the recovery. I'd done some mega doses of BCAA's and have good results.....
