im not that great at weight gain either, especially when i was 17 i was probably around 65kg.. its a slow process, and ur still growing so ull definatly put on weight naturally. Train hard, focus on technique, and ull acheive ur goals in the long term. Just takes dedication,

ok, glad i can help. iv managed to get up too 88.5 - 89kg now, depending on the time of the day lol, but its still gains, my goal was 90kg by christmas so im definatly goin to reach it, especially with the week off over xmas stuffin my face and swigging buds every night!!! ur seein good gains aint u? iv looked through ur progression pics, ur doin really well, keep it up and by the time your my age u'll be a monster! lol

problem with weight gainers is that they give u a massive scooper, and servings are huge so the supp doesnt last too long.. if u got money to spend then its up to you, if not try this,

buy ur whey or w/e and go on myprotein and buy waxy maize starch, which is a carb drink. Drink around 1 scoop ov protein pre-workout (within 30mins before) and drink 2 scoops of waxy starch directly after ur workout, wait 20 - 30 mins then drink 2 scoops ov protein again. The starch is a fast digesting carb, which will replenish glycogen levels, and it will act as a delivery system for the protein, so u absorb it better.. after a few weeks hopefully ull see some good gains

ya, go on tropicanafitness.com and type in 90+ in the seach bar, its a mix between whey and casein protein which is fast and slow digesting, which is good for slow release. And if ur looking for cheap supps, myprotein.com/co.uk makes its own brand, good for amino acids or creatin... because amino acids is amino acids who cares about the brand, but i think its value for money cos u get larger doses in less tablets, so u dont have to pop 5 - 6 per sitting just 2 - 3.

not bad, due to bulking my muscle definition is goin but im getting stronger. I know that definition will go during the bulking stage but it plays on my mind lol, i hold water in my stomach when im on creatine and constantly feel bloated which is a crappy feeling but its all for the greater good i s'pose. Hows ur training goin? seen any gains in the gym? or in mass?

thanx mate but not atm, i want to train for another 2 or so years solid to see if this is what i really want, because im also thinking of getting back into mma atm, just for fitness, cos i dont wanna run the risk of getting injured again and missing out on gym work.

hey jim, hows it goin? im good, not alot goin on, just working and training.. training is ok... iv managed to bulk to 88kg from 83kg back in august, gonna continue to back on mass until spring time next year and hopefully shed some ov the unwanted body fat :) well thats the plan, hows ur training and competitions goin?

my trainin is ok. Iv been bulking for over a month now and have come from 83kg - 88kg, some is bodyfat obviously but i dont mind so much as its winter now.. no one sees me topless other than my misses lol. Plan is, bulk to around 90kg by xmas into new years, and cut back down to around 7 - 8% body fat in the summer, shouldnt be too hard

if its the closest to u and has all the equipment u need then that'll be the best option :) aslong as it has good equipment for compound exercises like a smith machine, benches, bars and plates then its a good gym

i train in fitspace in ely, which is a top gym got everything ya need, also the gym down in the gymnastics place just around the corner from the magic roundabout in splott has a gym which is full of hardcore bodybuilders which is pretty cool

ya, i worked in the gym down cardiff pool from september to june, tbh its a good gym for looking at chicks, but as for bodybuilding its not very good, dumbbells are too light, not enough equipment, but its not designed to big guys really, female friendly gym

my dad used to take the piss too, but he's slowly starting to understand i think, lol he said he can set his watch by me cos i eat every 2 hours! wot new gym is that? is it jjb down leckwith?
