Hey, thanks, Captain! I've been falling off the wagon a lot lately and put some fat back on. But I have just started an Optifast program supervised by my coach. Even after 50 years of eating, I have a lot to learn. But my motivation is up lately. I'll start blogging about it soon on myoptifast.com blogs area, user name efitnessSCOTT.
