I saw myself on the TV news one day. Ugh, it was worse than I thought. I was nearly 360 lbs and not happy about it.
Why I Love It:
The pump and the endorphin rush is incredible! And it stays with me for hours. People don't get it when I try to explain it.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes and feeling strong and healthy keeps me going. Nothing I've ever done before had this effect on me.
BB Accomplishments:
Ha, yeah right.. Maybe I'll take my shirt off at the beach someday. :)

blabberupdated Motivation Level to 3/10 and said: "In a slump... oh well, it won't last. "
Argh, my posts about my training coaches and studios keep disintegrating. Don't know if I can restore. Gak!!
Anyway, I started getting coached at a place near my house (and nearer to the Krispy Kreme) called Fitness Together. These people are great and keep me motivated and accountable....
I am really happy to hear that you are back to working at losing weight. Way to go. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Stay strong, focused and determined & may God bless.
Remember: "Though you can’t go back and make a brand new start, you can start from right now and make a brand new ending."
I dropped by to see how you are doing and to ask how things are going? I hope that all is well and that your motivation is staying high. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance please feel free to give me a yell.
I would like nothing better than to see you achieve all you dream of on your fitness journey. Stay strong, focused and determined and may God bless.
It has been a while since last we spoke and I hope that all is well in your life. As always I wish you much success in all you do and strength in each and every workout. Believe in yourself and enjoy the journey.
All the best to you and yours in ‘08.
