Goal (Short): I want a 6 pack & to gain about 10# of muscle by summer of 2008
Goal (Long): All my life Ive been doing this decade thing. You know best shape of my life! Well Im still trying. My long turm goal is 6% BF & 210# of solid muscle. Not that young any more so it might take a little while.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb

Thanks for the comment on my blog! You should go... if I had went when I first did it I probably wouldn't be waiting 5 weeks to get better.... you sure don't want to keep on till surgery is the only way to fix it!

I wanted to make sure that I thanked you for your support. I am thrilled about my acccomplishment. I truly stepped up the plate and overcome so many obstacles along the way. I really grew a lot and feel like I am a better and stronger person. Hallelujah to my wonderful husband whom w/o I could not have made it:-) Thanks again for your wonderful support here on BB.com

It did not come on suddenly. It started hurting on Sunday..I have not been to a doctor, I am hoping it goes away on it's own...hoping anyway!

I have a pain on my spine about 2/3 the way down to my waist. It feels like I got hit there with something hard! I can't arch my back at all.
