I would like to cut fat around my waist so that i can get more of that V-taper. Bring out the lats will help that too. I will also need to clean up my diet to achieve that. Dont know if i can put on any mass do to my age & genetics. ( a hard gainer ) I would eventually like to weigh around 210# @ 6-8% bf. Tall order, but what the hell, gotta shot for something.
Hey BoB! I do assisted pull ups. I wonder if I can even do 1 pullup unassisted!?! LOL ..Something I should try this week when the gym is dead and no one is there to giggle at me. :D ~Missy

I remember my first race ever. It was a 5k and WoW, I thought I was going to die or something during it! Thought my lungs were bleeding! LOL. My 5k is about 20 minutes. I'm confident now I can finally break 20. Even if I got 19:59 it would make my year! :D ~Missy
thank you for the compliment! i keep it elevated as much as possible and iced down, but i work in a hospital so after my shift is over it looks like i have a elephant foot again! lol!

Just got tired of staying in shape for and actually doing half marathons...too much work mentally. And that much running was always throwing off my eating...kinda like your goal there LOL How's that going anyways?
Hey Bob I wish you all the luck in the world :) and great job with keeping up with your diet, it can be difficult if youre always on the go especially because even things like protein bars etc. arent that healthy for ya
