I would like to cut fat around my waist so that i can get more of that V-taper. Bring out the lats will help that too. I will also need to clean up my diet to achieve that. Dont know if i can put on any mass do to my age & genetics. ( a hard gainer ) I would eventually like to weigh around 210# @ 6-8% bf. Tall order, but what the hell, gotta shot for something.

Thanks so much. Trust me the ole booty needs some work, but it's getting their, slowly but surely! lol (the booty and the hips are always the last thing to go for me, they just love hanging around, lol)

LOL!!!!! I'm sorry B! I seriously meant to congratulate u on ur boys win....not a sore loser...lol! Ur guys deserved EVERY bit of that one! I don't know where the H**L our guys heads r at!!! Def not in this season anymore....They got "lost" several weeks ago.....SOOO disappointing...trying NOT to think about it! Can't remember a season that's going to end this poorly!

No cardio, try to eat 70 grams of protein a day, I had to change my whole diet, I'm so new to all this, I had to change my whole lifestyle really! Calories I do not count, maybe I'll start.
