I would like to cut fat around my waist so that i can get more of that V-taper. Bring out the lats will help that too. I will also need to clean up my diet to achieve that. Dont know if i can put on any mass do to my age & genetics. ( a hard gainer ) I would eventually like to weigh around 210# @ 6-8% bf. Tall order, but what the hell, gotta shot for something.

Where is the right place to take a thigh measurement. Is it in thee middle at the top or at the thickest point.

I lift 4 days a week. I'm lifting heavy enough to have gained a couple of pounds and my clothes are tighter in all the right places....LOL I have two pics of me in my calvins (front view). I can see a difference between the pics. which is great!!

Hi Bob, I remember my first race ever. It was a 5k and WoW, I thought I was going to die or something during it! Thought my lungs were bleeding! LOL. My 5k is about 20 minutes. I'm confident now I can finally break 20. Even if I got 19:59 it would make my year! :D ~Missy

thank you for the compliment! i keep it elevated as much as possible and iced down, but i work in a hospital so after my shift is over it looks like i have a elephant foot again! lol!

Just got tired of staying in shape for and actually doing half marathons...too much work mentally. And that much running was always throwing off my eating...kinda like your goal there LOL How's that going anyways?
