I want to look in the mirror and be proud of my body and the hard work that went towards achieving that goal.
Goal (Long):
I played sports all my life and my body was my armor and engin, I took great care of it, then I got a little bit older and lost focus on that and now I once again realize how important it is to have a strong healthy body. Im tired of being ashamed to take my shirt off, or be able to wear the type of clothes that I like because im too worried about my stomach. I will be 29 in December and I know that it's time to make a change NOW...
That's good man. I usaually do about 45 minutes of cardio after lifting. Iwas running 4.4 miles a day for a while and had to cut back. I was killing my legs. I'm running about 3 days a week and doing high intensity core 2 days a week. I also do the P90X ab ripper after weight training. Sometimes it's hard to keep it up, but that's the price to pay. I'm getting pretty goo results so far. I still have about 15 pounds to be at my ideal weight. How's your progress coming?
Thanks for the comment. This site seems great to keep people motivated. If all these other people can transform themselves than so can I. Good luck reachin your goals, it'll definitely be worth the effort in the end!
