Just loved doing it! I was a pretty big boy when I was younger. Going to try to get back to that shape. I always get asked if I'm on roids. But it's the training and form.
Why I Love It:
Drop stress. Feels Great and want to get Jacked!!
How I Stay Motivated:
iPod the mirror and hope to see gains. Others so basically.. YOU!
Well I'm at 185lbs from 160lbs time to get too the 200lbs now.. :) Then I'll do a show... New pics coming... :)
Goal (Long):
I am 37 years old and have worked out on and off for the last 15 years. But, it just kicked in and I'm ready to get jacked!!! I want to get up to 200 Lbs. ;)
And I will... I have put on 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks.. so I'm on my way.
I'm married and have no reason to do this other than to see if I still can.
Ok guys my Cellucor Pack just came in... Right before my workout!!! :)
So let's see what this stuff is made of......
My pics on the site now are before this product. Over the last couple years this has been my standard size and weight. I'm presently at around 165 LBS (Pictures Day 1...
Just waiting for 8 PM to arrive so I can get my ass into the gym and do some mega cardio. Thanks, I am sure I will follow suit. Not big on pics, but the body is better than ever.
Yeah, I have motivational blues too from December-January, but then it only takes one heat wave and I get it all back. Try to create something that is enthusing about it. YOu don't have to be there for hours. I have an advantage of owning my own gym here at home and it is a separate building out of the back property line so it's not "at home" either. I never work out for more than an hour at any given time unless it's cardio.
Wow, ity's been hit and miss. I took on a bit more cardio than last year at this time, but it's all I could do for a while since screwing up my rotator again. All is well however, and I am gradually hitting some weights again and didn't goo the pain killer route this time. Just grin and bear it. How 'bout yourself?
