Was going to turn 40 and realized this was the best I was ever going to look and the best I was ever going to feel and it wasn't that great.
Why I Love It:
I look better and am in better shape than I was in High School!
How I Stay Motivated:
My work out partner and wife. We keep each other motivated!

6 months before turning 40 and in very bad shape.
After 8 months of cardio and lifting, met my first goal of 200 lbs.! Would like to trade another 15 lbs. of fat for muscle.
