I started bodybuilding because I was tired of being fat and out of shape so I picked up some weights...lost weight...and trying to gain some pounds of muscle
Why I Love It:
I love to workout because I know that I will be healthy, sexy, and strong if I do
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing people on tv,and magazines who have great abs, bicepes, etc... so I try to be like them
BB Accomplishments:
It took me about four months but I lost more than 30 pounds of pure fat by staying decticated to yhe Atkins diet
I want to loose my body fat. I want to work on my abs so that they stand out. I want my biceps, triceps, forearms to be bigger. Also, I want my legs, thighs, and calves to be stronger. Basically I want to have a body of perfect symmetry.
Sundays: 30 minutes on my ab-lounge doing advanced crunches
Mondays: 3 of sets of 15 repitions of barbell curls, 3 sets of 10 repitions of hammer curls, 2 sets of barbell leg squats of 8 repitions, 4 sets of 8 repitions of bench pressing
Keep doing your thing man. You'll get better. Just remember, it's not just working out that's going to get you closer to your goal...diet is really important ...the most important. So make sure you got a good diet and live by it.
Dude! No comments or blogs? ...how's it going? Your goal requires daily dedication. I want to hear that your sticking to it. If not, start over again tomorrow!
To be honest, I can't answer the question about how long it will take to see results. There are a lot of things that come into play. For abs, I work abs every other day. I dont do a lot of reps or sets. Glutamine is great for muscle recovery. Yes you can do cardio and lift in the same session. I would lift first.
Yo0u are a big boy for only 15 yrs old...You've still got some growing to do, and that will make a huge difference in your physique. Keep up with your workouts and you'll be where you want to be in no time.
Hey Kevon... how's it going? Welcome to the club. Best wishes in reaching your goals. Whatever you do... don't give up and stay consistant. And remember... motivation is contagious!
