Skinny kid most of my life with bouts of chubbiness. Lift weights and do cardio (favorite is swimming in my background pool) during the summer to get in shape and stay in shape and healthy.
Being a tall man, it takes alot of work to add size and strength but once you do, watch out. LOL
Why I Love It:
Loved the feel of working out. Love the way you can change your appearance and increase your health
Love life and know being in shape and healthy promotes long lifes. Make the most of every day
Turning the big 40 wasn't as bad as I thought especially when strangers think I am alot younger because of my attitude and being fit which comes from Bodybuilding.
Will never be a Lee Priest but damn man, those boys are impressive. SHIT. THat much muscle at this height would probably FREAK alot of people out. WIMPS. LMFAO
How I Stay Motivated:
Have a personal trainer who rocks. He is always pushing me and love that I can rack up the weights.

BB Accomplishments:
DId a rack of 3 sets of 15 for latpull downs
Almost to the rack for seated cable rows as well as leg presses. THey need to get bigger weights for us MEN. Smile
Want to get in shape, lose 20 lbs as well as develop a more v shaped body. My chest, shoulders and triceps have always been my weak points so looking forward to especially hitting them hard with the advent of my new personal trainer, effective 9/8.
Eat alot cleaner like I used to do about 5 years. CHicken, steak and fish as well as cut down on the pop. My biggest VICE - Vault. Working on eliminating that crap from my diet.
