How I Started:
I was never into lifting in high school, mostly because I was skinny and weak. Once I got into Martial Arts I bought a Bruce Lee book and he had a bunch of different weight routines. So I was sold.
Why I Love It:
Self confidence, after workout buzz. Feel good.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watch MMA fights. Listen to music.
BB Accomplishments:
I gained 60 pounds in two years, and the majority of it was muscle.
I have always been interested in Martial Arts, and over the past couple of years I have finally put on some weight, I used to be 135 pounds, so now I just need to train hard to reach my goals.
well I have always been skinny and weak, things are finally changing, can't wait to train tomorrow, gonna roll (jiu-jitsu) with my buddy tomorrow morning and again at night at the gym.
