When I Started:
Jan, 2006
How I Started:
I've been working out for years off and on. Traumatic things have happened that have caused me to fall off the path but, hopefully, I'm back on track permanently.
Why I Love It:
I love the transformation that I see my body go through. I also like to feel the pain.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm motivated by the fitness, figure and bodybuilders that I read about and that I see at the shows but, what really motivates me is the senior citizens in my gym. They could easily be at home watching judge joe brown and judge judy all day and no one would blame them one bit but, you see them in the gym giving it their all and that is truly motivating. It really says to you no excuses; If they can come and work so can I.
Hollandc's exactness and focus for her contest prep is ridiculous. She reminds me a lot Pauline Nordin in her seemingly single minded focus on her goals.
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
The Rock, I've met him in person about a year ago and the dude had on a wife beater and he looked tight.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Ed Nunn or TJ Humphries; They are big enough and have that bomb symetrical look (wide shoulders, tiny waists...X Frames) and they LOOK atheletic. I see some of the bigger bodybuilders at show expos and they look like all that they can do is pose. How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Depends on bodypart, time and other things. My philosophy is part MAX-OT,Dogg Crapp and instinctive training.
Every year I go to the Olympia and this year I didn't go because the co worker that was supposed to work for me couldn't do it and heĀ was supposed to find someone else to take the shifts;needless to say he didn't and I am pissed.
