How I Stay Motivated:
Simply the amazing gratification of results and seeing the fruits of my efforts. It is one thing in life that you can control. I believe that everyone has it in them to achieve the goals they set for themselves. Its a matter of patients and time.
BB Accomplishments:
My first would have to be what I stated before. But believe me their are many many more to come.

1. In June I hit my two first goals which was to go from 225 and lose 40 lbs. I weighed in at 169 a grand total of 57 lbs. I also took my 29% bf to 13.5 %.

how is it going man? how is the progress. I am doing well 5 days weights (2 days split , with killer abs and chest routines) and 5 days cardio 8 % here we come , look at my thread for details and new pics coming soon
