Thank you for your reply. Yes, I was able to have a body transformation as did my wife (bodyspace: judimax) without who I would not have even been there to try so I must give her a lot of the credit. I look forward to your transformation and will do whatever I can to be a resource for you.
Remember: "The thing that contributes to anyone's reaching the goal he wants in life is simple. It’s wanting that goal badly enough."
If anyone can achieve their goal I believe it is you. I dropped by to see how things are and to wish you all the best in your fitness journey. Continue to challenge yourself to do the best that you can do each and every day and you will reap the rewards for all of your hard work.
I look forward to watching your progress. Stay strong, focused and determined.
Remember:"I'm not telling you it is going to be easy, but I am telling you it's going to be worth it."
Hey Chris! Since we (including U) are sure u will be transformed (as u desire) in 3 months, let's not generate Negativity. You are NOT "hideous"! Luv the body U have... and take care of it forever. *smile*
Good luck with the EAS body challenge. Stay focused and disciplined and amazing things happen. Your sis is an inspiration for a lot of us. Keep it up brother! BOBBY
Yeah! I'm really trying to clean up my diet for the first time. I'm doing pretty good so far staying away from processed foods, fast food, and the beer! It sucks but if I want to get lean then that's what I have to do.
Good Luck with your progress.
Thanks for the advice Chris -- I really appreciate it!!! I’ve been running a lot, and have noticed a big difference in my energy level (and waistline). Thanks again, and I hope you have an awesome New Year’s.
tell me, did you use anything special to help you with that fat loss? Just diet and exercise? I'm getting a little frustrated so I bought some Hoodia, lol
thanks, i think i've gotten a bit carried away with the bulk though and too lazy on the cardio! my bf was 19% yesterday, yikes! better get on that treadmill, lol
