How I Started:
I've gained 40 lbs and I looked in the mirror with my shirt off.
Why I Love It:
You feel better inside and out. When you see your body improve and see the results you visualized it is very rewarding.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping a journal to keep track of your improvements on lifts, etc is a great tool.
BB Accomplishments:
I did make a decent transformation back in July-September of last year. I lost 25 lbs of fat and maintained my muscle in two months time. My improvements on this upcoming transformation will transend my previous one.
I know that I'm fat and hideous now but I won't be in 3 months.
Goal (Long):
I've gained about 40 lbs since my last trasformation. I'm currently at 240 lbs. I'm am going to cut down now and add some alittle bit of muscle mass while I'm at it. I plan on being 200 lbs by July 1st at about 6-7% bodyfat.

Yeah! I'm really trying to clean up my diet for the first time. I'm doing pretty good so far staying away from processed foods, fast food, and the beer! It sucks but if I want to get lean then that's what I have to do.

thanks, i think i've gotten a bit carried away with the bulk though and too lazy on the cardio! my bf was 19% yesterday, yikes! better get on that treadmill, lol

congrads man, i remember when i done the same thing, while i was deployed to iraq. got back to the rear and took advantage of the fast food i had missed for 7 months and now im back to block one, i hope you continue to do your thing, or else you'll be back to were im at, the begining.
