How I Started:
I was always a skinny person, I wanted to feel better about myself.
Why I Love It:
Seeing the changes to my body are a real motivator. I love challenges, and making goals and beating them. Plus the pumps and burning muscles feel great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at a picture of me before I started working out, then look at me now and tell myself I can still better myself.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 35lbs of lean mass (most of which I gained my first 3 years, now making any new gains is extremly difficult)
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
several light shoulder strains, torn lower trap, lower back problems... Most recovered within a few weeks by taking a week off or going a little lighter for a week or two.
