Went down from 235 lbs to 175 lbs doing cardio and more or less a starvation diet. I realized I lost a lot of muscle in the process so I started lifting weights and trying to build back some muscle.

Goal (Long):
All my life I was a hardgainer, and stopped exercising for lack of motivation. I jumped from 120-130 lbs to 230-240 lbs and was miserable for a long time. I was able to get back down to 178 lbs via aeobics and dieting. Now it is time add more mass and drop weight thru fat loss only. I want to have again a 6 pack and be able to bench press more than 250.
I find this member inspirational through their hard work and dedication to reach their health and fitness goals. They inspire me to train harder, eat better.
