used to get bullied in school, and I started working out
Why I Love It:
it's a good place to get my head cleared, my mind right. Also to better myself as a person, as well as an athlete.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to become a pro MMA fighter one day, I want to become good at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
I know that I can feel happy with who I am in the mirror.
And to remember that you have to work for everything you have.
I want to chisel up to be a 155 lb with a martial artist's physique.
Goal (Long):
I want to chisel up to be a 155 lb with a martial artist's physique. I want a six pack, chiseled arms, skin ripping veins popping out of my muscles. I want to be like a 155 lb , Asian Georges St Pierre.
I've always wanted a good body, ever since I was a fat kid in school. Martial arts and working out helped me cope with my anger from being picked on as the fat kid. It eventually made me muscular, and not so fat.
I also want to have the body of a martial artist as well as a model. And i hope to impress the next girl that's worth going out with, as working out helps me deal with the anger of when relationships go bad or being lonely.
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
6%

What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Ryan Reynolds. He has an awesome body, and he looked great in Blade: trinity. He had 3 % body fat when he did that movie and he looked amazing.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I had a hernia on my belly button. It was for a couple weeks. I kept training like usual, but made sure to lift with proper form and to not overstrain. It just healed by itself.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
They're lifting with poor form and too much weight. . Sooner or later, something is going to go wrong.
haven't really done too much. Just working to make it through. I've been keeping up with my training.. i've just pretty much been taking the day off for the weekend, and using it to catch up with HW and get shit straight.
Circuit Training is a weight lifting and speed interval system I use. It's very fast-pace and keeps you pumped. The weight sessions keep you muscles pumping, which in turn, burns up fat like a furnace.....
