wanted to get strong... So I went to a session with some friends one time and was hooked, the banter, the competitiveness and the iron... Just loved it!!
Why I Love It:
clears the mind, and keeps me in shape. Im not trying to get huge.. just want to be strong and keep pushing my body to its limits.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying consistant is a great motivator in its self. But I love basketball and do my best to keep in shape to play it even though its just recreational the days!!! I train with my GF and we motivate each other!!!! She's a great spotter because I know if I drop it I die lol!! (fingers crossed I don't)!!

well i came across fitday on someones profile so have signed up and entering what i eat ( i was away all weekend so these are pretty crappy days food wise ).....

biggest surprise to me is the fact im not getting alot of calories around 2000-2200... so am looking for some clean meals to give...

Hi mate! I'm okay.. yes my tonsilitis has been a nightmare. I'm on anti biotics now. However training is going fine. I just had to lay off cardio for a week or so to get myself better. How are you!?

Ah so many people have had the flu! I've had a couple of colds but nothing quite as bad as the flu! I have to make a few minor adjustments but nothing too much. It just going through all the dieting again ugh lol.. gotta be done tho!
