How I Started:
Joined Gold's in March 06' and have been working hard ever since. I wanted to build an efficient body for military and firefighting.
Why I Love It:
Very motivating to hear my friends, co-workers, supervisors, etc. compliment me on how far I have come. My fellow soldiers and firefighters that serve with me should have confidence in my abilities to perform my duties under any conditions. I love the feeling of accomplishment everytime I walk out of the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by continuing to do well on my Army Physical Fitness Tests (APFTs) and seeing my body transform and knowing that its been the hard work and dedication that I have put into it.
BB Accomplishments:
1RM 225lbs. (2006)
Triathalon Finisher (2005)
Army AIT APFT Score: 223pts.(AUG 2007)
1st Unit APFT Score: 262pts.(OCT 2007)
Stairway to Hell Skyscraper Climb w/ full Firefighting Gear and Breathing Air 33 Flights in 8:14 (SEP 2007)

OMG, Man, your progress has been AWESOME! CUT?! You look like you're cut up now. Great to see ya :) Next term I'll have same schedule, but more free time so, it tues thurs is your schedule again I'll drop by the gym and have you show me some stuff! I'm still teetering between 154- 159, wanna drop to 140, but if I'm at the BF I wanna be I could care less about the scale!
HEY :) I took a class at the Harrison location this term, be back for summer term. How's it going for you? Progress still slow, but still seeing results. I started training w/Heather Bear (Jen Henderschott's assistant) last month, many does she work me!!!! See ya in a couple weeks!
