Good stuff in thar! :D
A little. No weight gain but I'm not as 'sloppy' in appearance--especially the arms. Just gotta implement the nutritional side of things instead of relying just on weight-work to make me a BEHEMOTH!!! ;)
And you lift your head out of that shameful hang pose, sir. Lift that and lift some iron! Grrr. (I sound a bit gay :( ) lol
As far as my abs go I kinda incorporate them into everything i do. But when i really isolate them i do incline sit ups 3X15 being the most reps. Try to steer away from using weights when doing sit ups the make your abs start sticking out. I do leg raises or i'll hang upside down from something and do sit ups like that. My personal favorite is using the crunch machine or the ab wheel
I'm going hard but it's hard to know what's beyond you, weight-wise, when first starting out. Trying to lift as heavy as I can without being stupid about it.
