Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): to get in the best shape of my life. more so just like to be able to get to 215 lbs.
Goal (Long): I want to be able to look like i did when i was younger. it was my fault for letting it get away and it won't happen again. I want that shredded six pack that you can wash clothes on. lol. also would like to get to 10-12% bodyfat or even a little lower.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 12%

so i have been hitting the gym hard, but haven't seen the difference on the scale. i noticed that i am been getting more defined. also have been getting compliments from tons of people. but still frustated none the less. there are still things that i can tweak to jumpstart the loss. i know that...

thanks for the extra motivation! Legs are hard for me. They used to not (i used to be gymnast so i focused so much on upper body b/c my legs were ripped that now i hate it! LOL. what do you do to motivate before leg days?
