to get in the best shape of my life. more so just like to be able to get to 215 lbs.
Goal (Long):
I want to be able to look like i did when i was younger. it was my fault for letting it get away and it won't happen again. I want that shredded six pack that you can wash clothes on. lol. also would like to get to 10-12% bodyfat or even a little lower.
so i have been hitting the gym hard, but haven't seen the difference on the scale. i noticed that i am been getting more defined. also have been getting compliments from tons of people. but still frustated none the less. there are still things that i can tweak to jumpstart the loss. i know that...
NICE tat! by the way. I had to stop with weights for a month and just started back on LEGS! I am actually starting to LIKE the burn on the lower bod :)
thanks for the extra motivation! Legs are hard for me. They used to not (i used to be gymnast so i focused so much on upper body b/c my legs were ripped that now i hate it! LOL. what do you do to motivate before leg days?
Awww congrats on the new baby! That is so sweet! And of course makes life super busy! Just keep getting back at it no matter what obstacles arise. That is the secret to keeping it off for over 7 years now!!
