How I Started:
i was always into sports in high school play everything from baseball, track basketball to football so the gym was natural to me even out of school and into the workforce i would still have time for the gym and one day i had a friend that should me my first flex book in 2001 and from there i started taking a intrest in working out and bodybuilding

everyday looking at myself in the mirror and just watch my body change week after week

i try to do one body part of day i feel you can focus and put more work into the area, i always like to do high progressive weight depending the body part i will go between 6-12 sets(i will do a pyramid style to this 6-12 rep training) 0r 4-6sets( i will do this with a drop set) i focus more of...
